9-510a.   Same; authorized charges fortransmission.On and after July 1,2005, anyperson complying with the provisions of K.S.A. 9-508through 9-513, and amendments thereto, may charge a different price for atransmission of money service based on the mode of transmission used in thetransaction, so long as the price charged for the service is the same for allforms of payment which are accepted within the same mode of transmission.
