9-511.   Inapplicability of act to certain businessesand activities.This act shall not apply to banks, building and loanassociations, savings and loan associations, savings banks or creditunions organizedunder the laws of and subject to the supervision of this state, anotherstate or the United States, or to the government of the UnitedStates and its agencies, or to the state of Kansas and its agencies.This actalso shall not apply to the distribution, transmission or payment of money as apart of the lawful practice of law, bookkeeping, accounting or real estatesales or brokerage or as an incidental and necessary part of any lawfulbusiness activity.
