9-517.   Same; notice to commissioner.A bank closing its offices pursuant to the authority granted underK.S.A. 9-516(a) shall give as prompt notice of its action as conditionswill permit and by any means available to the commissioner, or in the caseof a national bank, to the comptroller of the currency.
