9-537. Same; review of operations by commissioner; additional
information.
The commissioner at any time may review the activities of any
bank holding company with a subsidiary bank in Kansas and its subsidiary banks
to determine if the proposals of
the company as stated in the information provided pursuant to K.S.A. 9-533 and
amendments thereto are being fulfilled. The
commissioner may require the
company and such banks to furnish such additional information as the
commissioner finds necessary to make such determination.
