9-537.   Same; review of operations by commissioner; additionalinformation.The commissioner at any time may review the activities of anybank holding company with a subsidiary bank in Kansas and its subsidiary banksto determine if the proposals ofthe company as stated in the information provided pursuant to K.S.A. 9-533 andamendments thereto are being fulfilled. Thecommissioner may require thecompany and such banks to furnish such additional information as thecommissioner finds necessary to make such determination.
