Article 7.--BANKING CODE; DEFINITIONS

     
9-703.   Same; restraint.
The unauthorized performance of any of the acts described in K.S.A.
9-702 hereby is prohibited and may be enjoined in an action filed in the
name of the commissioner in the district court of any county wherein
service can be had on the defendant, but no temporary restraining order
shall be issued in any such action.
