9-703.   Same; restraint.The unauthorized performance of any of the acts described in K.S.A.9-702 hereby is prohibited and may be enjoined in an action filed in thename of the commissioner in the district court of any county whereinservice can be had on the defendant, but no temporary restraining ordershall be issued in any such action.
