9-806.   Failure to engage in business.Any newly organized bank or trust company which shall not begin businesswithin one hundred and twenty days after a certificate has been issued toit by the commissioner shall not engage in the banking business or thebusiness of a trust company without again obtaining a certificate ofauthority from the commissioner.
