Chapter 1. Definitions

Application of definitions

    

Sec. 1. The definitions in this chapter apply throughout this
article.

"Agency"

    

Sec. 2. "Agency" refers to the department of homeland security
established by IC 10-19-2-1.

Sec. 3. "Commission" refers to the Indiana emergency medical
services commission established by IC 16-31-2-1.
