Chapter 6. Division of Emergency Response and Recovery

Division established

    

Sec. 1. The division of emergency response and recovery is
established within the department.

Duties

    

Sec. 2. The division shall do the following:

        (1) Administer IC 10-14.

        (2) Administer the state's emergency operations functions
during an emergency.

Deputy executive director

    

Sec. 3. The executive director shall appoint an individual as a
deputy executive director to manage the division.
