Chapter 7. Access to Legal Materials

IC 11-11-7-1

Access to legal materials to research legal matters and to prepare
and file legal papers

    

Sec. 1. The department shall afford a confined person reasonable
access to legal materials to enable him to research legal matters and
prepare and file legal papers.

Stationery, envelopes, postage, and notarial services for legal
correspondence

    

Sec. 2. The department shall provide an indigent confined person
with free stationery, envelopes, postage, and notarial services for
legal correspondence.
