Unavailability of federal matching funds; nonimplementation ofstate laws
    Sec. 1. The office is not required to implement or continue toimplement IC 12-15-16, IC 12-15-17, IC 12-15-18, IC 12-15-19, orIC 12-15-20 if the means of financial matching described is orbecomes contrary to federal law.
