Chapter 43. PACE Program

Authority to implement PACE

    

Sec. 1. The office may implement the Program of All-Inclusive
Care for the Elderly (PACE) (42 U.S.C. 1396u-4) established under
the federal Balanced Budget Act of 1997.

Rules

    

Sec. 2. The office may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 necessary to
implement this chapter.
