    Chapter 16.5. Hospital Care for the Indigent; Review of MedicalCriteria

Review by division of changes in medical criteria used indetermining eligibility
    Sec. 1. The division shall review changes made after 1985 in themedical criteria used to establish whether a patient is eligible forassistance under IC 12-16-3.5.

Review; requisites
    Sec. 2. The division's review under this chapter must include theapplication of the criteria to specific cases and address whetherchanges to or clarification of the criteria is necessary so that, inpractice, the criteria is consistent with the hospital care for theindigent program.

Report
    Sec. 3. The division shall provide to an interested party a reportof the division's review, including the division's findings,conclusions, and recommendations.
