Children's health insurance program fund established
    
Sec. 1. The children's health insurance program fund isestablished for the purpose of paying expenses relating to:
        (1) the program;
        (2) services offered through the program for children enrolledin the program; and
        (3) services and administration eligible for reimbursementunder Title XXI of the federal Social Security Act for childrenenrolled in Medicaid under IC 12-15-2-14.

Administration of fund
    
Sec. 2. The office shall administer the fund.

Contents of fund
    
Sec. 3. The fund consists of the following:
        (1) Amounts appropriated by the general assembly.
        (2) Amounts appropriated by the federal government.
        (3) Fees, charges, gifts, grants, donations, money received fromany other source, and other income funds as may becomeavailable.

Investments
    
Sec. 4. The treasurer of state shall invest the money in the fundnot currently needed to meet the obligations of the fund in the samemanner as other public funds may be invested.

Reversion of money
    
Sec. 5. Money in the fund at the end of a state fiscal year does notrevert to the state general fund.
