Transfer of balance to county general fund
    Sec. 1. In a county in which a tax has been levied and raised forthe payment of notes and interest on the notes issued by the board ofcommissioners for the purpose of paying township assistance claimsagainst a township, the county auditor shall transfer the balance ofmoney that remains after paying all notes and interest to the countygeneral fund to the credit of the township assistance fund of thetownship in which the money was raised.
