Chapter 7. Plans for Abatement or Correction

Approval by commissioner

    

Sec. 1. The commissioner must approve all plans and
specifications for abatement or correction of any polluted condition.

Advice and consultation by department

    

Sec. 2. The department shall advise and consult, on request, with
any person planning any correction or prevention of any pollution
condition of any water of Indiana.
