Manufacturer's recycling requirement
    Sec. 1. A manufacturer shall in each of the manufacturer'sprogram years recycle or arrange for the collection and recyclingfrom covered entities of an amount of covered electronic devicesequal to at least sixty percent (60%) of the total weight of themanufacturer's video display devices sold to households as reportedin the manufacturer's registration for the program year underIC 13-20.5-1-1(d)(4).

Manufacturer's due diligence assessments; maintenance of records
    Sec. 2. (a) A manufacturer shall conduct and document duediligence assessments of collectors and recyclers with which themanufacturer contracts to allow the manufacturer to comply with thischapter.
    (b) A manufacturer shall maintain for three (3) yearsdocumentation showing that all covered electronic devices recycled,partially recycled, or sent to downstream recycling operations by themanufacturer are recycled in compliance with this article.
