Disposal at production or generation site
    Sec. 1. IC 13-22-2 through IC 13-22-8 and IC 13-22-13 throughIC 13-22-14 may not be construed to prohibit disposal of solid wasteor hazardous wastes at the site of production or generation ifconstruction and operation permits have been obtained in accordancewith IC 13-22-3.
