Enforcement under IC 13-30-3
    Sec. 1. IC 13-22-2 through IC 13-22-8 and IC 13-22-13 shall beenforced under IC 13-30-3.

Emergency procedures
    Sec. 2. IC 13-22-2 through IC 13-22-8 and IC 13-22-13 are subjectto the emergency procedures under IC 13-14-10 and IC 13-24-2.

IC 13-22-14-3
Penalties for violations
    Sec. 3. A violation of a provision of IC 13-22-2 throughIC 13-22-8 or IC 13-22-13 is subject to the penalties imposed by thefollowing:
        (1) IC 13-30-4.
        (2) IC 13-30-5.
        (3) IC 13-30-8.
In addition, a violation of a provision of IC 13-22-2 throughIC 13-22-8 or IC 13-22-13 may lead to criminal prosecution underIC 13-30-10.
