    Chapter 6. Reporting Requirements

Report to county board of health
    Sec. 1. (a) An owner or operator of a hazardous waste disposalfacility must submit each month, to the county board of health of thecounty in which the facility is located, a report that lists thehazardous wastes disposed of in that facility during the previousmonth.
    (b) The disposal facility may satisfy the requirements of thissection by submitting:
        (1) photocopies of the facility daily log; or
        (2) a copy of any other report listing the hazardous wastesdisposed of in the facility.
