    Chapter 1. Office of Voluntary Compliance

Establishment
    Sec. 1. An office of voluntary compliance is established withinthe department.

Purpose
    Sec. 2. The purpose of the office is the following:
        (1) To assist regulated entities in achieving regulatorycompliance.
        (2) To promote cooperation between the department andregulated entities.

Rules
    Sec. 3. Each of the regulatory boards within the department mayadopt rules under IC 4-22-2 as required to implement the complianceprogram described in this article.
