Chapter 1. Office of Voluntary Compliance

Establishment

    

Sec. 1. An office of voluntary compliance is established within
the department.

Purpose

    

Sec. 2. The purpose of the office is the following:

        (1) To assist regulated entities in achieving regulatory
compliance.

        (2) To promote cooperation between the department and
regulated entities.

Rules

    

Sec. 3. Each of the regulatory boards within the department may
adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 as required to implement the compliance
program described in this article.
