Chapter 1. Capital Development Plan

Adoption and publication of plan

    

Sec. 1. The department shall, with the advice and approval of the
appropriate advisory committee, prepare, formally adopt, and publish
a projected ten (10) year plan for the following:

        (1) Land acquisition.

        (2) Capital improvement.

        (3) The development of facilities of the department.
