Department as local sponsor; management
    Sec. 1. The department is designated as the local sponsor of andmay manage the Falls of the Ohio National Wildlife ConservationArea.

George Rogers Clark Homesite as adjunct
    Sec. 2. The department shall include the George Rogers ClarkHomesite as an adjunct to the Falls of the Ohio National WildlifeConservation Area.

Cooperation with political subdivisions
    Sec. 3. The department may cooperate with Indiana politicalsubdivisions to develop and implement plans for appropriatefacilities within and adjacent to the Falls of the Ohio NationalWildlife Conservation Area.
