    Chapter 14. Historic County Courthouses

Applicability of chapter
    Sec. 1. This chapter applies to a nonprofit corporation that has, fora consideration of one dollar ($1), acquired a county courthouselisted on the National Register of Historic Places.

IC 14-20-14-2
Powers and duties of nonprofit corporation
    Sec. 2. The corporation:
        (1) shall repair and maintain the building and grounds;
        (2) shall supply reasonable space in the building for a countyhistorical museum; and
        (3) may lease other space in the building to commercialenterprises that is necessary for the purpose of financing therepair and maintenance of the building and grounds.
