    Chapter 3. Old Goshen Baptist Church and Cemetery

"Real property" defined
    Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "real property" means the OldGoshen Baptist Church and cemetery containing the graves ofrevolutionary soldiers and Indiana pioneers that is a tract containingtwo and one-half (2 1/2) acres and situated in Harrison County,Indiana, on State Road 11 about twelve (12) miles south of Corydon.

State to maintain real property as memorial
    Sec. 2. The state pledges the state's faith to maintain the realproperty as a public memorial to Indiana's pioneer settlers.
