Chapter 29. Illegal Fishing Device Permit

Issuance of permit

    

Sec. 1. The director may issue to a person who is the owner of a
private pond a free permit to:

        (1) possess on the person's premises; and

        (2) use in the person's private pond only;

an otherwise illegal fishing device under the rules that the director
considers necessary.
