Chapter 30. Permit for Explosives in Water

Permit requirement

    

Sec. 1. A person may not use, set, or discharge dynamite or other
explosives in any of the waters of this state without having a permit
from the director.

Issuance

    

Sec. 2. The director may issue to a person, upon application, a
free permit to use or discharge dynamite or other explosives in the
waters of this state under the rules that the director prescribes for the
protection of fish in the waters of the state.
