Chapter 9. Planting Seedlings

Establishment of program

    

Sec. 1. The department shall establish a program for the annual
distribution and planting of seedlings by every third grade student in
Indiana who attends a school that asks to participate in the program.

Guidelines

    

Sec. 2. Seedlings planted under section 1 of this chapter shall be
planted according to guidelines established by the department.
