    Chapter 10. Fees

IC 14-24-10-1
Fees deposited in entomology and plant pathology fund
    Sec. 1. (a) The department shall collect the following fees:
        (1) For each license issued to a dealer, fifty dollars ($50).However, a certified nurseryman who has paid an inspection feemay obtain a dealer's license for twenty dollars ($20).
        (2) For the inspection of a nursery, fifty dollars ($50) plus anadditional fee of three dollars ($3) for each acre of landcontaining nursery stock.
    (b) The fees collected under this section shall be deposited in theentomology and plant pathology fund established by section 3 of thischapter.

Fees for special services
    Sec. 2. The division may collect fees for special services providedto a person who is not described in section 1 of this chapter. Feescollected under this section:
        (1) must be prescribed by rule;
        (2) may not exceed the expense incurred by the department toprovide those services; and
        (3) shall be deposited in the entomology and plant pathologyfund.

Entomology and plant pathology fund
    Sec. 3. (a) The entomology and plant pathology fund isestablished for the purpose of assisting the division in carrying outthe division's objectives. The department shall administer the fund.
    (b) Money in the fund at the end of a state fiscal year does notrevert to the state general fund.

Internet directory
    Sec. 4. The department shall publish on the Internet a directory ofpersons who have obtained nursery certificates and nursery dealerlicenses from the division under IC 14-24-5 and IC 14-24-7.
