Applicability
    Sec. 1. This article applies to actions to enforce the followingarticles:
        (1) IC 14-26.
        (2) IC 14-27.
        (3) IC 14-28.
        (4) IC 14-29.

"Division"
    Sec. 2. As used in this article, "division" refers to the division ofwater of the department.
