    Chapter 14. Reclamation Division Fund

"Fund" defined
    Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "fund" refers to the naturalresources reclamation division fund established by this chapter.

Purpose
    Sec. 2. The natural resources reclamation division fund isestablished to receive money for the administration of this article.The money in the fund is appropriated for the purposes expressedunder this article.

Fund administration
    Sec. 3. The department shall administer the fund.

Investments
    Sec. 4. The treasurer of state shall invest the money in the fundnot currently needed to meet the obligations of the fund in the samemanner as other public money may be invested. Interest that accruesfrom these investments shall be deposited in the fund.

Money not reverting to state general fund
    Sec. 5. Money in the fund at the end of a state fiscal year does notrevert to the state general fund.
