Chapter 4. Racing Pigeons

IC 15-19-4-1

Trapping, killing, or injuring; offense

    

Sec. 1. A person who:

        (1) traps, detains, injures, or kills a pigeon, knowing that the
pigeon is a racing pigeon, homer, racing homer, or homing
pigeon; and

        (2) is not the owner of the pigeon;

commits a Class C infraction.

Removing or damaging identification; offense

    

Sec. 2. A person who:

        (1) knowingly removes or damages any identification attached
to a racing pigeon, homer, racing homer, or homing pigeon; and

        (2) is not the owner of the pigeon;

commits a Class C infraction.
