Violations

    

Sec. 1. (a) Except as otherwise provided, a person who recklessly
violates or fails to comply with the following commits a Class B
misdemeanor:

        IC 16-19-1

        IC 16-19-2

        IC 16-19-3

        IC 16-19-4

        IC 16-19-5

        IC 16-19-7

        IC 16-19-10

        IC 16-19-11.

    (b) Each day a violation continues constitutes a separate offense.
