Chapter 1. Applicability

Application of article

    

Sec. 1. This article applies to the following:

        (1) Hospitals organized or established before September 2,
1971, under IC 16-12 or IC 16-12.1.

        (2) Hospitals organized or established under IC 16-12 or
IC 16-12.1 before July 1, 1993.

        (3) Hospitals organized or established under this article.
