    Chapter 4. Hospital Sinking Funds

Authorization for cumulative building or sinking fund
    Sec. 1. The county officers may establish a cumulative buildingfund under IC 6-1.1-41 or a sinking fund in compliance with theprocedures for establishing a cumulative fund under IC 6-1.1-41 forthe erection of new hospital buildings, the repairing, remodeling, andenlarging of old hospital buildings, and the equipment of new,enlarged, and old hospitals owned and operated by the county, avoluntary nonprofit association, or a nonprofit corporation.

Tax levy
    Sec. 4. The county officers may, in compliance with IC 6-1.1-41,levy a tax on all taxable property within the county to provide moneyfor a fund established under this chapter.
