    Chapter 10. Enforcement

Injunctions
    
Sec. 1. (a) The:
        (1) attorney general;
        (2) prosecuting attorney; or
        (3) commission;
may, in accordance with the Indiana laws governing injunctions,maintain an action in the name of the state to enjoin a person fromviolating this article or the rules adopted under this article.
    (b) An injunction issued under this section does not relieve aperson from criminal prosecution under this article or the rulesadopted under this article. An injunctive remedy is in addition to anyremedy provided for the criminal prosecution of a violation of thisarticle or the rules adopted under this article.

Violations
    
Sec. 2. (a) Except as otherwise provided, a person who recklesslyviolates or fails to comply with this article commits a Class Bmisdemeanor.
    (b) Each day a violation continues constitutes a separate offense.
