Sexual discrimination prohibited
Sec. 1. An establishment that maintains restrooms for use by thepublic may not discriminate in charges required for facilities used bymen and facilities used by women.

Coin lock controls; free toilet units
Sec. 2. (a) As used in this section, "toilet units" means commodesand urinals.
(b) When coin lock controls are used in public restrooms:
(1) at least one-half (1/2) of the toilet units must be free ofcharge; and
(2) the number of free toilet units available to women mustequal the number of free toilet units available to men.

Admission keys
Sec. 3. If coin locks are placed on entry doors of public restrooms:
(1) admission keys must be readily provided without chargewhen requested; and
(2) notice as to the availability of the admission keys must beposted on the restroom entry door.

Violations
Sec. 4. (a) Except as otherwise provided, a person who recklesslyviolates or fails to comply with this chapter commits a Class Bmisdemeanor.
(b) Each day a violation continues constitutes a separate offense.
