Entry upon private property; conditions
Sec. 1. (a) The state department may designate an agent who mayenter upon private property to inspect for and investigate possibleviolations of this article or a rule adopted under this article if all ofthe following conditions are met:
(1) The agent has probable cause to believe that evidence of ahealth threat exists on private property.
(2) The agent presents proper credentials.
(3) Emergency circumstances exist or a warrant is issued.
(b) This section does not impair the authority of the statedepartment to enter public or private property as authorized by law.

Investigations of carriers; intervention
Sec. 2. The health officer may make an investigation of eachcarrier of a dangerous communicable disease to determine whetherthe environmental conditions surrounding the carrier or the conductof the carrier requires intervention by the health officer or designatedhealth official to prevent the spread of disease to others.

Violations
Sec. 3. (a) Except as otherwise provided, a person who recklesslyviolates or fails to comply with this chapter commits a Class Bmisdemeanor.
(b) Each day a violation continues constitutes a separate offense.
