Availability of state health department facilities and personnel
    Sec. 1. The professional, technical, and administrative facilitiesand personnel of the state department shall be made available toother agencies of state government upon request of the appropriateadministrative authority of the other agencies.

Facilities and personnel available to state health department
    Sec. 2. Upon the request of the local board of health and thecommissioner of the state department, the professional, technical,and administrative facilities and personnel of other agencies of stategovernment shall be made available by those other agencies to thestate department.
