    Chapter 1. Definitions

Applicability of definitions
    Sec. 1. The definitions in this chapter apply throughout thisarticle.

"Board"
    Sec. 2. "Board" refers to the Indiana School for the Blind andVisually Impaired board established by IC 20-21-3-1.

"Case conference"
    Sec. 3. "Case conference" refers to the activities of a caseconference committee as described in IC 20-35-7-2.

    Sec. 4. "Employee" refers to an employee of the school.
