Applicability

    

Sec. 1. (a) IC 20-26-1 through IC 20-26-5 and IC 20-26-7 apply to
all school corporations.

    (b) Notwithstanding subsection (a), IC 20-26-5-10 applies to:

        (1) a school corporation;

        (2) a charter school; and

        (3) an accredited nonpublic school.
