Purpose
    Sec. 1. This article is not intended to be an exhaustive list of thegovernmental funds and accounts that a school corporation mayestablish to carry out school purposes.

"Freeway school"
    Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, "freeway school" has the meaningset forth in IC 20-26-15-2.

"Freeway school corporation"
    Sec. 3. As used in this chapter, "freeway school corporation" hasthe meaning set forth in IC 20-26-15-3.

"Joint program"
    Sec. 4. As used in this chapter, "joint program" has the meaningset forth in IC 20-26-10-1.

Listing of funds established outside IC 20-40
    Sec. 5. Statutes outside this article that permit or require theestablishment of joint funds include the following:
        (1) IC 20-26-10-3 (joint fund for a joint program).
        (2) IC 20-26-10-8 (joint services, leasing, construction, andsupply fund).
        (3) IC 20-26-10-9 (joint investment fund).
        (4) IC 20-26-10-11 (joint service and supply fund to pay for ajoint program).
        (5) IC 20-30-6-5 (joint fund to conduct educational televisioninstruction and contract with a commercial television station forthe use of the station's facilities and staff).

Freeway school; freeway school corporation; professionaldevelopment and technology fund    Sec. 6. IC 20-26-15-6 permits a freeway school or freeway schoolcorporation to establish and use a professional development andtechnology fund.
