List of certified scholarhip programs
    Sec. 1. The department shall maintain a publicly available list ofthe school scholarship programs certified by the department. The listmust contain names, addresses, and any other information that thedepartment determines is necessary for the public to determine whichscholarship granting organizations conduct school scholarshipprograms. A current list must be posted on an Internet web site usedby the department to provide information to the public.
