Employment of personnel

    

Sec. 1. The governor shall appoint an executive director to
administer the programs of the commission.

Powers of executive director

    

Sec. 2. The executive director may engage personnel and procure
supplies and facilities necessary to carry out the commission's
functions under this article, IC 21-12-2, IC 21-12-3, IC 21-12-4,
IC 21-12-5, and IC 21-16-4. The executive director shall, with
commission approval, appoint:

        (1) a program director to administer this article, IC 21-12-2,
IC 21-12-3, IC 21-12-4, and IC 21-12-5; and

        (2) a program director to administer IC 21-16-4.

Employment of personnel

    

Sec. 3. The executive director of the commission may:

        (1) employ; or

        (2) contract for;

clerical and professional staff and administrative support as
necessary to implement IC 21-16-2.
