Development of training programs
    Sec. 1. The commission and the commission on proprietaryeducation shall cooperate in developing training programsconcerning grant program requirements.

Audit of records
    Sec. 2. The commission and the commission on proprietaryeducation may, subject to written advance notice, inspect and auditthe records of a postsecondary proprietary educational institutionconcerning a student grant awarded under IC 21-12-3, IC 21-12-4, orIC 21-12-5.
