Chapter 11. Transfer of Courses and Programs; Report

Annual report

    

Sec. 1. The commission may submit a report to the legislative
council not later than August 30 of each year on the status of the
transfer of courses and programs between state educational
institutions, including any initiative under IC 21-42.

Annual report; changes from preceding academic year

    

Sec. 2. The commission report under section 1 of this chapter
must include any changes made during the immediately preceding
academic year.
