Chapter 2. Creation

Commission creation

    

Sec. 1. A commission is established as an instrumentality and an
agency of the state.

Name of commission

    

Sec. 2. The commission shall be known as the "Commission for
Higher Education of the State of Indiana".

Powers of commission
