    Chapter 1. General Provisions; Definitions

IC 21-22-1-1
Definitions
    Sec. 1. The definitions in this chapter apply throughout thisarticle.

IC 21-22-1-2
"Occupational and technical education"
    Sec. 2. "Occupational and technical education" means educationthat is:
        (1) job employment oriented; and
        (2) intended to deliver occupational specific skills that arenecessary for employment.

"Region"
    Sec. 3. "Region" refers to a region established under IC 21-22-6-1.
