Chapter 2. Creation

Establishment of institution

    

Sec. 1. There is established a two (2) year state college.

Name of institution

    

Sec. 2. The two (2) year state educational institution established
by section 1 of this chapter shall be called "Ivy Tech Community
College of Indiana".

Sec. 3. The state board of trustees is a body corporate and politic.
