Board; content of bylaws

    

Sec. 1. The board shall adopt bylaws governing:

        (1) the election of its officers;

        (2) the conduct of its meetings and its other internal affairs; and

        (3) the appointment and duties of a president, a treasurer, and
other executive officers of the University of Southern Indiana.
