Chapter 2. Creation

University established

    

Sec. 1. There is instituted and incorporated Vincennes University.

Board; body corporate

    

Sec. 2. There is created a body corporate and politic, by the name
of "the board of trustees for the Vincennes University" that is
ordained, constituted, and declared to be forever a body politic and
corporate, in fact and in name.
